My desktop layout looks fine like below, but after i published to service, it looks the 2nd pic. any1 know why?

Based on your screenshots, it seems you have one column chart for each category. If so, after published onto Power BI Service, it may have terrible layout when adapting visual area. Can you try to combine the dataset so that they can appear in on column chart?
