Hi DawK_si ,

Based on the testing, creating the new measure to filter the recent week.

Recent Week = 
var _week = SELECTEDVALUE('Fact Table'[week identifier])
var _latest = CALCULATE(MAX('Fact Table'[week identifier]), ALLEXCEPT('Fact Table', 'Fact Table'[week identifier]))
RETURN
IF(_latest = _week, 1, 0)

Then, drag the measure to the table visual and set the show item is 1.

Besides, select the week slicer is shown below.
