Latest month data not showing

Hi All,   Have quick question i have created measure which is showing latest month value (will be May'2023) it's working fine. But when i add employee name in the table it's showing all the months...

Hi All,

 

Kindly help me on this with employer name i need to show latest month values only... When i applied above measure then all the months data appearing please suggest on this.
