Latest date by user, by course

Hi experts!

I have a list of employees that have taken courses in different periods. Some employees have taken one course several times. This is an example of my list:

Higlithed in yellow is the latest completion date for a specific course.

I need a DAX formula to calculate the latest date by course, for each user so the outcome can look like this:

Thank you!

@rgalvez add a measure

Last Completed Date = MAX ( Table[Completed Date] )

and use it in the visualization

I would  Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos to whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!

@rgalvez it should work, are you adding it as a measure or column? It should be a measure. What outcome you are getting when you are using this new measure?

Hey!

Thanks for your help but unfortunately this approach only gives me the latest date in all the column and not  the aggregation by EmployeeID and by CourseID, as the outcome is expected.

Or am I misinterpreting your solution?

Have a great day!
