Latest Value based off multiple fields and filters

Hi,

 

Have been searching for ages on this but cannot find anything. I am trying to get the latest/max value in my data, it works for a couple of of fields however ones that are earlier than this month do not work and always return blank.

The picture below may give a bit more context. the red circled areas, Im looking to get the latest value for the field in August. as you can see the markers are there for november as the measure i have created returns this month but unsure how to just grab the latest.

Have also provided the current DAX i have written, would really appreciate if someone could help with this, I'm sure its possible, I'm just not smart enough to figure it out.

 

With the last picture below, what I after in column 1 is to remain the same and have column 2 return only in 'Aug'. Also what I'm not sure may be knocking it out more so is filters I need to apply to the page.

      Hi, 

       

      Unfortunately, neither of these are returning what I'm looking for. This table below focusing on the 2nd column I only want 13 returned as this is latest value for this specific type of report. But it may be different for another report where the latest is in October or November, currently my above DAX only returns for the current month, so if the data is available in November it will return otherwise blank. 

       

      I am needing it to return just just the latest month of that particular report type
