Last reload date default selection in slicer

Hi All,

After reloading of the app, I want to show that value in the slicer automatically.

For ex. If the app reloaded today then today's date should be selected in slicer whenever I open the app,

If the app gets reloaded tomorrow then tomorrow's date should be selected by default in the slicer and so on. 

Can someone plz help if it is possible to automate the date selection in slicer after reloading the app.
