Last refresh time not correct between data set and report, both in the service

That's exactly what I've done and it works fine in the PBIX in desktop, but It's when I post it to the service that It's laggin an hour and 2 minutes behind the refresh time against the dataset (also in the service)

For the time being I've actual added an hour and two minutes to the time, so that it reads correctly in the published report, but that's not a long term solution

Why does the refresh time in the report show differently to the dataset, when they're both in the service, so you would assume they're both using the same server time... I don't get it? and more importantly I don't know how to fix it?

Interestingly it's also showing different seconds too, so the time shown against the dataset, must be coming from a different place to the time shown in the report

but the variance isn't between desktop and the service, it;s between the workspace and the report, both in the service
