Last 12 Months or Reporting Month based on Month and Year Filters

I have a Month slicer and a Year slicer on my dashboard, which interact with the data displayed:

Now, I added a "Period" slicer where the user can select the following:

  • Last 12 Months
    • Data displayed should be last 12 months from the Month and Year selected.
    • Ex: Selecting March and 2024 should display the data from April 2023 up to March 2024.
  • Reporting Month
    • Data displayed should be based on the Month and Year selected.
    • Ex: Selecting March and 2024 should display the data from March 2024 only.

Right now, the dashboard functions as "Reporting Month" only where the data displayed are from Month and Year selected. How do I make the Period slicer functional?
