Labels in bar chart
i want to have 2 data labels in bar chart, so i created a dummy value with a fixed value of say suppose= 1000 and applied my calculation of %change in details. but when i apply filters the visual goes for a toll, since dummy value is 1000 and the selection value comes out as 10,15.. etc. i want to show 10 in the inner middle and %change on top of the bar chart. is there anyway i can do that ? i have tried adding the dummy value as average of the value as well to give some space for this to work. but since values are as low as 1 ,3,4 it does not work as expected. Any idea how i can achieve this ?

i want total count inside center of the bar and %change outside top of the bar, but in the multiline option you suggested gives me 1 allignement option and both will be shown together.
Total count you place under the value, turn on the labels adjust for the inside, then scroll to the section Details and drag there your %measure and set it for the outside the bar.
