Hi tforre7777,
As what said in this thread, Sales is a table name. You can edit the table query of each table imported into the power BI file by right click the table->Edi query(highlighted in yellow), you will turn into query Editor.

Thanks for responding Angelia. I am however already in the Query Editor. Is it assumed that because I am already in the Editor by clicking on the Sales query it is editable? As per your screenshot below I am not given an option to edit when I right click. I am guessing this is due to the fact that your screenshot below is shown in Power BI.
