Can anyone help with creating a LOOKUPVALUE Function that can include a matching IF statement with two or more matching criteria from other columns

I create a sample you can reference to modify your own formula. And there are two documents about the function of LOOKUPVALU and IF. If your formula still doesn’t work, please post the sample data and the expected output.
Measure = VAR a = LOOKUPVALUE ( Table2[Avg], Table2[Product Name], SELECTEDVALUE(Table1[Product] )) RETURN IF ( NOT ISBLANK ( a ), a, 0 )
