LOD conversion to DAX

I need to Convert the Tableau exp into DAX

{EXCLUDE [SEQ],[Floor[SEQ]/12]:

                    CASE [Policy or Risk Survival:]

                        WHEN 'XXX' THEN SUM(IF [SEQ]=0 THEN [M Count Policy] END)

}

Converted it DAX

CALCULATE(SUMX(wip_pj_py_experience,wip_pj_py_experience[M_Count_Policy]),(wip_pj_py_experience[SEQ]=0),

ALLSELECTED(wip_pj_py_experience[SEQ],wip_pj_py_experience[DC_SEQ_GROUP]))

@Anonymous what is this expression supposed to do? You should share sample data with the expected output or explain what this function is doing? If someone never used Tableau not sure if they will understand what this formula is supposed to do.

I am doing a Triagular Matrix in Power BI replicating the Triangular Matix from Tableau.

Value is Derived by sum(M Count Policy)/

{EXCLUDE [SEQ],[Floor[SEQ]/12]:
