LAB1ACB 32 bit PowerBI hangs

I have tried all sorts to resolve this issue but to no avail.

The 32bit version I have installed, repaired, deleted and re-installed always hangs at the least provocation, leave to answer the phone or an email, leave it saving a file to dso something else and the app is unresponsive when I return to it, the only recourse seesm to be to "end task" it and start again. VERY annoying and VERY time wasting.

Has anyone any good ideas as to why and how to resolve the issue?
