Keywords grouping from column

Hello, 

I have a free-text column of data, approx 500k rows of data. I want to understand themes/key words in this and group these.  Without needing to do contains what other way can I find key words.  Is there a method to doing this?

You can use List.Contains in power query.

I did not want to use contains as I'll need to know the key words - and without looking through all 500k rows to get an understanding of what words are included.
