Key influencers visual not displaying correct number format

One of my indicators in the Key Influencers visual is the interest rate which is already in percentage format. 

However, in the visual, the interest rate is still displayed as a decimal. Any way to change it to a percentage?

what chart are you using? please try to click that visual and go to its Format pane, find something similar to below

I am using the Key Influencers chart.

The format pane does not have anything available for me to change the display units.
