Key Influencer Not showing Data

Hi,

 

I have got key influencers visual and it does not show any increase of decrease in Key influencer area AND in Segment as well.

 

I tried to filter it down, it shows 1-2 in some value, however when I click on All, it is nothing. Always says, No Influencers/Segment found, try adding more in explain by field.

 

Also as suggested in one thread, I have checked and I have .net 4.2 installed.

 

Also this visual, does not show now in Preview Features.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Not very sure. It works well in my sample. Would you please try to update the desktop to the latest version. If the issue is still existing, would you please show us sample pbix with the issue for test?
