Key Influencer Not Showing Ouput For Measure Increase

Hello Experts,

 

I am working on insurnce data. My measure is amount (settled by insurance company to it's customers). I have 6 to 7 dimension and one fact table. It's star schema model. Fact table consists of 3 million records.

Dimension tables: Patient_Condition, Patient_Diagnosis, Patient_Insurance_Product, Patient_Place_Of_Treatment, Date_Dim, Patient_Procedure, Market.

When I pull all the dimensions on Explain By of Key Influencer and measure amount on Analyze section of key influencer. It shows good insight for Decrease in amount. But when I select increase from the top drop down, it shows no influencer.

Could any one suggest or help me why influencers are not shown for amount increase but shown for decrease.

    Hi  mayurwadhwani ,

     

    Are you using Key influencer visual?

    As tested here,measure is not supprted on Analyze section:

    You need to convert your measure into calculated column for analyzing.

      Yes, I am using Key Influencer visual. Also, In Analyze section I am using column.
