Keeping subscripts and superscripts from Excel file when importing to Power BI

A workaround is to use a superscript symbol in Excel instead of superscript formatting. To insert a symbol, go to Insert -> Symbols. Use the Subset to select Superscripts and Subscripts and then select the subscript or superscript you want to use and click Insert. It looks like Excel only goes up to 9 though.
