Keeping column values when another field is blank

Hello,

I'm having a problem where Power BI is changing some of my column values to 'null' when there are actually numbers in the columns - it is doing this where other columns on that row are blank.

Specifically I have campaign performance data, where some of the tracking fields are missing (these are blank) --> this is causing the performance data on the same row to revert to 'null' when in fact there are still metrics I want to keep and count in my dashboard.

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be much appreciated, thank you.

  • Anonymous not sure why the value in a column will be changed to null if other columns are blank. Are you doing some transformation? Can you share some screen shot and more details on it.

Of course, here's example screenshot so I know that the data exists but in Power BI they are changed to null:

In Power BIAs a CSV there are numbers in the metric columns

I haven't done any transformations, just used data source as csv here.
