Hi
I been trying to search information on how to solve my issue but no luck so far.
My model looks schematically like this:
The measure is Duration = Calculate (Sum Inc. [Duration], Inc. [Major Inc] = "Accepted")
My desired outcome is a Matrix like this:
Meaning even though Some services did not logged any duration are still visible in the Matrix. But what I actually get is this:
If under Customer at least one service logged duration time, the matrix shows only that service, otherwise it shows them all.
The "Show items with no data" option is clicked on the Business Services attribute on the rows.
Is there a way to accomplish that?
Thanks!

Hi, @Devesa_
Can you show what's put in the rows and columns of the matrix?
If this option doesn't work, it's still a problem about measure and relationships.
The sample you provided are not enough to analyze, and the relationship is messy, so it is difficult for me to give advice. Can you provide a more complete sample?
