Keep getting the error message when connecting to Odata feed-We couldnt authenticate with the cred..

 

I was entering correct credentials (SAP), and gave the correct URL to connect to odata service. However it keeps giving me the error like ' We couldn't autneticate with the credentials prodided, please try again'.

 

I was able to connect couple of weeks back, but suddenly its giving me error and not able to see where the problem is and I could not see any logs in backend SAP. I tried to follow the instructions from the other posts, but no luck. 

Kinldy help if you come across.

    Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Credentials: Ensure that your credentials are correct and haven’t expired. Sometimes, passwords may need to be updated.

    2. Service URL: Double-check the OData service URL to ensure there are no typos or changes in the endpoint.

    3. User Lock: If there have been multiple failed authentication attempts, your user account might be temporarily locked. Check with your system administrator to see if this is the case.
