Hello guys, today I encountered a problem with keeping drilltrough filter between pages.
I have a main page with a simple dataTable with basic information about a product, then I can drilltrough to the next pages where I have details from part of the process- there is around 15 pages with stages of the process.
All I want is to go between those pages with drilltrough filter in order to see how the next stages look for an exact part number.
I can't use simple selection by slicers because I had 1M+ part numbers. I tried bookmarks but it will be overcomplicated.
So my question is if there is any possibility to make this feature?
Both of them I tested. When u use drilltrough from main page to "stage1"with filter over PartNumber its ok its work. But If I add on page "stage1" button do page "stage2" then my filter over "PartNumber" on page "stage2" is gone.
Hi @Anonymous,
Have you tried to turn on the 'keep all filters' option to use with drill through the filter?
As the document said, it will bring all the filters from the raw page to the target report pages and they may be suitable for your nested multiple report page filter requirement:

Hi,
I tried this option but it transfer filters only between main page and drilltrough destination page. I have to transfer only one filter (Part number) between pages. Also my pages are not nestled, they show differend pieces of bigger process and I divide it into pages because there was too much data to show it on one page.
Main page ->drilltrough destination -works fine but drilltrough destination page ->next page won't work.
Hi @Anonymous,
According to your description, I think this feature may not consider keeping the nested filter effects from multiple 'drill through' operations.
For this scenario, I'd like to suggest you submit an idea for improving the 'keep all filter' options.

Xiaoxin Sheng
@Anonymous , In case drill through, you need to make sure you have those parameters added to the drill through the parameter list on each page.
Another way is to use sync slicer
