KPi Cards

Hi all,

I am trying to determine if it is possible for a user of a Power BI report that I have built to rearrange KPI cards as they prefer and have the ability to hide them once it's been published to the Power BI service as well as be able to hide KPI cards

yes well you can use bookmarks to hide them... here is a video that explains how to do it.

so you could create a button that toggles the visuals on or off.  or could replace it with something else to look at.

not quite clear what you asking, what are the cards being used for?  you could probably use bookmarks to hide them but maybe you need to give an example of what this looks like practically.
