    SupriyaVarun , One is Matrix visual - Switch values on row

     

    for last year,you can use time intelligence

    example

    Year behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Year))
    Year behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('Date'[Date]))
