KPI indicators in table and another question

Hello I'm trying to construct a table on my report with some project data and I want next to the project completion % to have a KPI indicator that will work according to a formula I provide. Formula example: If ActualWork / ProposedWork < Completion% = GREEN etc.

Is this possible?

Also, I have a dataset with the weekly timesheets of my resources. The timesheets are created and filled in Microsoft's Project Online. This year's weeks have been created and I can see in my dataset a row for its week of this year. How can I dynamically filter out the rows that contain the timesheets up to the current week?
