KPI indicator to show Over capacity

Hello All,

As we approach the end of the year, I've been asked to present whether our team has met the KPIs. Here is the data that needs to be visually represented to showcase that we are at over capacity as a KPI indicator.

I have 2 types of Projects : Internal projects and External projects:

1.Internal projects - 573% over capacity in next 3 months.
2024 completion rate 3.8 per month on average.
2023 completion ratee 6.2 per month on average.

2.External Projects - 844% over capacity in next 3 months
2024 completion rate of 2.8 per month on average.
2023 completion rate of 7.5 per month on average

I need to visualize this data to demonstrate that we are over capacity. Here are the specific numbers. Please help me with detailed explanation and visuals or provide a Power BI file for reference? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
