KPI card?
How can i create anything which looks like this:
For the value assume some kind of a measure or a column.
For the trend arrow assume it is a comparison of this value with previous month value.
If the previous month value is larger it should be a red arrow facing down.

You could also try custom visual:
KPI Ticker by MAQ Software
or
Card with States by OKViz
