KPI Visual to show Different Targets by Selection

Using the defalut KPI to Indicate Average Hourly Rate by Date/Year. Each Group has a differnt target.

For default KPI visual, it won't show each group value separately. You need to slicer to show them one by one.

Otherwise, it will show them as a whole.

If you want show them together. you could use custom visual: Power KPI Matrix
