KPI Visual shows different value than card

I have a measure which is an average % value for availability data for a given week. When I use the card visual it shows the corret value, but when I use the KPI visual with the timestamp column it just shows the number for the latest timestamp. Even though my availability measure is an average....can anyone help here?
