KPI Visual Target Goal not reflecting correctly

 

Making KPIs to show trending data on error cleanup. For instance, I have a KPI that shows the trends of missing email addresses. The Missing Email Goal is 80% of the 1st date in the month and recalculated each month. However I'm not able to get the visual to show the correct color (should be green since the latest number is less than the first date of the month) and also the Goal keeps reflecting 1 instead of the 114 or 88 as listed in the table. Am I approaching this correctly? Any suggestions? Is there a better way to set this up?

    Hi, mrreisinger ,

    It can be seen from the picture that you used count of  Missing Email Goal column, which is naturally incorrect. The Missing Email Goal column in the table is text format, right? You need to change Missing Email Goal column's type to number  and use sum of it.
