KPI Question

Hi guys!

I've built a dashboard with a few KPIs. One of my KPIs is Average Investigation Time for complaints and I've included a slicer for Month. Everything is working fine but when ALL is selected on my Month slicer, the data displayed is for the latest month. When I select different months on the slicer, it works fine but when ALL is selected, I want the KPI to display the Average Investigation Time for ALL complaints instead of JUST the latest month.

Hope I was clear! Thanks in advance!

Hi @fayanan

could you share your sample file after removing sensitive information and your expected result? and I'll check it later.
