KPI Percentage Using Gauge Chart

Hi All

I  am trying to display YTD Variance KPI for financial performance.

And trying to build my gauge chart like this;

However, I can't figure out how to fill highlight the result starting from target. 

This is what I have at the moment:

How do I proceed to only highlight between 0 (being target value) and the value?
