    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    The merged cells will be automatically split when loading the data. The first row will have value and others will be blank as you can see in below screenshot.

    Then you can use fill down feature in Power Query Editor to fill the blank rows with values.

    In addition, through Power Query Editor, you can clean and shape the data as much as possible to make it became whatever you need. For more details, please check the document.

Anonymous , This kind of display is possible using a matrix, for that target has to be categorical value too. Also if this data format , lot of data information is needed to make it work in power bi
