There isn't such a visual that I know of. But I'm sure you'll be able to achieve it by using shapes. It will probably take you a while to get it done.
Something like this. You'll have to do some formatting though.

If you want to go this route. Just make sure that you DON'T use the new format pane. The new pane does not allow you to rotate your shape 180 degrees. (This is for the upside down triangles.)
