Hi Muthuramalingam ,
What is your data source?
If you are using live connection mode, you cannot format a KPI/measure as percentage in Power BI Desktop when using a Live SSAS on-prem multi-dim connection. But there is idea about create a measure in live SSAS cube by PG: Calculated measures when live connected to MDX cubes. Once this feature is available, you can create a calculated measure from orignal KPI/measure and specify data format. You can vote it up.
If you are not connecting with a live connection.Try this way.
You can simply change the format of your numeric field to Percentage from ribbon at top.
Here is what you can do in the formatting:
Just in case if performing this multiplies the value automatically by 100, then create a new measure/column with dividing this percentage field by 100.
If I have misunderstood your meaning, please provide some simple sample data without privacy information and your desired output.
