June Power BI Feature

Hi All,   Is there any reason there is no Power BI Desktop New Update for this month? Is it because of the new Power BI Premium news?   And regarding the sharing capability. I still don't get it...

As far as I'm aware, it's only the online service that is affected by the new sharing changes.
