June 2017 Update - ArcGIS maps saying your browser's local storage is full

Hi guys!

I can't use ArcGIS layers. The formatting brush doesn't come up!

And I get this message:

Your browser's local storage is full, causing some features to be disabled (5989-001). Lear more

The "Learn more" point me to a guide on how to clear cache on several browsers... But I'm having this message on the Desktop Application... so, should I clear the cache on Mozila, Edge and Chrome fot it to work os is it jus mesleading information?

Please help.

I managed to solve it by deleting the CEF folder located at:

%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Power BI

And ther is no long a brush, but Edit on the ... menu:
