Joins between dates
Hi I am new to Power BI. I am trying to Join a recently created Date Table (Calendar table) back to my main excel sheets. I have joint on date. However, it appears that the 2 datasets are still not connected as when I try combine data from the 2 tables I only get blanks. I will post some screen shots and the sample data shortly

Huggibear you have data in table. you need just sorting date so you can see your data and please check your date column datatype in power query it should be same as deskop datatype spacially when you use that column in relationship.THANK YOU!!

Mahesh0016 theres only 1 row of data so I dont believe its joined properly

Mahesh0016 Changing the reporting date to date in Power Query (to match the date data type) worked.
