Joining Excel workbooks with differing column counts and order

Hi, 

I need to combine workbooks, however, the amount of columns tend to differ from month-to-month as well as the order. Please see below as an example for Dec-23 through to Apr-24.

Is there are a smart way to approach this by joining based on column headings? Or some sort of function I'm aware of that can handle this? Or would this require cleaning prior to?
