Jira and Zendesk connection to Power BI

Hello friends,

I have tried using API to get dynamic CRM data into power BI desktop but I am having an issue to do so for Jira and Zendesk, where API is not obviously showing somewhere on their portal. Going through some of the blogs, and I tried https://support.tangoanalytics.com/rest/api/2/search for Jira but no luck.

Is anyone here has some ideas about connecting Jira and Zendesk to power BI desktop?

Finally I find out that the built-in connector of Zendesk in powerbi desktop works.

I already connect this out of box content pack to power BI services. At this moment, I want to extract the data from Zendesk/Jira to power BI desktop.
