Hi guys,
I downloaded Jira PowerBi content pack .pbit
When I double click and open the file, a windows pups up to insert Jira url. I put the url: https://company.atlassian.net
Next it doesnt ask for any credentials and starts loading the data but it is completely empty. I use PBI desktop. I have Pro license. How to fix this problem who knows?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong? I put url of the Jira instance: https://examplecompany.atlassian.net
Then I go to Data source settings->Edit permissions-> Credentials- edit->Basic-> username = jira email and password = jira password->save->Privacy level =private->Refresh. And it is still empty.
EDIT:
Solved. I just ahd to put jira API instead of passowrd in credentials
Hi @Ausar!
I’d like to propose an alternative solution for you, you may connect your Jira on-premise to Power BI with the help of our app - Power BI Connector for Jira:
it's available for Jira Cloud / Server / Data Center.

@Ausar , On Power Bi desktop, Oprn data source settings Using Transform Data under hoem Tab
There use clear permission and try again
Does not work for me. I tried basic, anonymous, privacy levels(public, private, organiztionsl) No idea what to do.
