Hi All,
I was able to connect Jira content pack to my on premises Jira Installation using the Power BI online and everything worked. But when i try to do the same with the Content Pack template provided in this link https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/explore-your-jira-data-with-power-bi/ , Content Pack for Jira PBI Desktop for Power BI Desktop, I am getting OLE DB or ODBC error :(504) Gateway Time out error.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance

Hi @dpasha,
Was this desktop existing on the same server as JIRA host? Was the large amount of data stored in JIRA server? Which kind of URL did you place in URL pane(eg: https://pbitest-1.atlassian.net)? Please try to run the latest desktop.
Also please try to enable desktop trace log, share the logs with us if possible.
Best Regards,
Qiuyun Yu
Hi @dpasha
Anton from Alpha Serve here.
Recently we've deployed 8 Power BI Templates for Jira Cloud https://aserve.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PBCFJC/pages/2592604161/Power+BI+Dashboard+Templates
Which means from now you may build super cool Dashboards in just few mins using our Connector https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221150/power-bi-connector-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overvie...
We have a handy User/Admin Guide https://aserve.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PBCFJC/overview and fast/responsive support team at support@alpha-serve.com. Please let us know if you need any assistance.
Cheers!
Anton

Hi,
Could you please let me know if the Power BI content pack for JIRA is available for the on-prem Power BI Report Server or Power BI Desktop or Power BI online (https://app.powerbi.com/ )?
We currently have JIRA installed in our on-prem environment and are exploring to enable the JIRA reporting using the current Power BI solution (mentioned above).
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Srikanth

I have a similar problem. I have a Kanban board hosted on JIRA. Can I still bring it to Power BI using the template? Also, this is the url format i am using. Is it correct? https://jira.rd.abcpharma.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=5048&projectKey=SCDM
Hi Qiuyun Yu,
