It does not recognize Power bi pro license.
Good
From the company's professional account (we have that alias/email as both a personal and professional account) within the admin panel, we have transferred the power bi pro license to an account within the company (which is also personal and professional). We have a pro license, and it is up to date with payment, but when accessing a dashboard from an external client, in that dashboard it tells us that we are in a free version when it is not. What could be happening?

Hi Syndicate_Admin ,
Could you please try these steps,
1. Even if the license is assigned, it might not be fully activated right away.
-->Ask your Microsoft 365 admin to go to Admin Center > Users > Active Users, select the user, and make sure Power BI Pro is checked under “Licenses and Apps.”
Even if it’s already checked, just save it again — this can help refresh things.2. If the report is from another organization, their sharing policies might block access even if you have a Pro license.
-->Make sure the report/dashboard was shared properly with your org account (guest access).
The client should also check their Power BI Admin Portal > Tenant settings > External Sharing to allow access for external users.3.If the email is linked to both a personal and a professional Microsoft account, it’s easy to end up in the personal one by mistake.
-->In Power BI, click your profile icon (top right) and double-check you're logged in with your work or school account.
If needed, log out and log back in with the correct account.4. Old session data or credentials might be causing a conflict.
-->Try opening Power BI in Incognito/Private mode
Or clear your browser cache, or use a different browser to see if that helpsIf none of these steps help, it’s best to raise a support ticket with Microsoft so they can take a closer look.

Hi Syndicate_Admin,
Few possible causes and solutions:
1) Sometimes, after transferring a license, Microsoft takes time to reflect the change across services. Wait 24 hours and check again.
2) Sometimes, Power BI doesn’t refresh license changes immediately. Try signing out and then signing back in to Power BI to force a refresh.
3) Try accessing Power BI in incognito mode or clear browser cache.
4) If the external client’s tenant has specific restrictions, they might require the license to be within their organization rather than just any Pro user.

Nice day
The problem still exists and we do not understand what is happening. What's more, we made a new account, with a company domain, and it gave us an error. When we log in with a personal account to power bi pro, it does not recognize it and when we log in with a professional/company account we cannot access with the error "cannot access the application '871c010f-5e61-4fb1-83ac-98610a7e9110 has returned an error." We don't know how to solve it.
