Isues with a performance supplier report

Hi everyone,

We want to create a visual to show us a report for a supplier and competitors he is losing against in tenders where he participate (the suppliers do not participate in all tenders), for example, in a universe of 1.000 tenders, Provider1 have participate in 200 hundred tenders and won 40, we want to know who won de others 160 and see it in a visual, maybe a pie chart. We have a database that holds the historical data of all the tenders and who won the contract. A simplified version of the data we have is in the table below.

We already  have a solution by creating a mirror table and relating them to the requested Item, so when I select a supplier in the original table, I filter the mirror one with the items where that supplier has participated and I can create the visuals of its competitors, but the problem is that this solution consumes a lot of space in the data set because we have to duplicate the table.

We wil apreciatte very much any coments of a better solution.

    Hi JavierCanelon ,

According to my understand, you want to know the number of successful bids for each competitor in all projects that Provider1 participated in, right?

You could create a calculated table simplely using the following formula:

    newTable =
    VAR _tt =
        SUMMARIZE (
            FILTER ( ALL ( 'Table' ), [Provider] = "Provider1" ),
            'Table'[Request Item]
        )
    RETURN
FILTER ( 'Table', [Request Item] IN _tt && [Status] = "Adjudicated" )

    Here is the pbix file.

Did I answer your question ? Please mark my reply as solution. Thank you very much.
If not, please upload some insensitive data samples and expected output.

Hi Anonymous, sorry for my late reply, I am very grateful for your solution, however it is required to be able to select the evaluated provider not just Provider1. On the other hand, it would be very useful to know if the selected supplier was awarded for having the lowest price or not. I will be really grateful for your help.

      Thanks in advance.
