Isues doing a supplier performance report

Hi everyone,

We want to create a visual to show us who are the competitors we are losing against in specific items offered in tenders where we participate. We have a database that holds the historical data of all the tenders where we participated, along with the items we offered, what other companies offered those same items, and who won the contract for those items. A simplified version of the data we have is in the table below. We want to select an item from the list and see what companies have bested us (in order of frequency) in tenders where we have offered that item. We would also like to be able to pick any other company from the list and see who has bested them in order of frequency in any particular item. We already  have a solution by creating a mirror table and relating them to the requested Item, so when I select a supplier in the original table, I filter the mirror one with the items where that supplier has participated and I can create the visuals of its competitors, for example a pie chart Indicative of how many of that 100% of items where I have participated I have won and how many my competitors have won, but the problem is that that consumes a lot of space in the data set.

Any suggestion of a better way to solve this will be appreciated!

Thanks!!!
