Hi all,
I am hoping someone can help shed some light on this issue I've been experiencing within a report I'm updating.
The previous report visuals showed all 2022 data and is now being updated to show the start of 2023.
I have updated the data sets which are refreashing correctly in PQ and the data view -
However when looking at my visuals, they show a blank count for anything in 2023 -
I've removed everything from the filter pane and recreated the visuals on the same sheet... but it still does not pull through the data.
The part that confused me is that if I create a new sheet... the data does pull through.
The only solution I can see to fix this is recreate the all the sheets and remove the old ones (not my prefered solution)
Has anyone seen this issue before and know if there is perhaps something simple I've missed?
Thank you in advance,
Matt
@MattSh0tt0n , what is the measure you use on the card visual?
Hope you have already made sure, there is no Slicer, Visual/page/page filter. Also no drill-through filter
@amitchandak Thanks for the quick response.
No filter on the report what so ever!
Adding a new sheet and copying the visual over seems to fix the issue and pull through the expected volumes,
which makes me think there is something on the sheet causing a problem, however when selecting the card, there are no filters on that or the page/report.
Thanks
Matt
