Issues with Refreshment of my SQL database

Hello this message appears when refreshing my SQL database, how can I fix it?

 

 

Microsoft SQL: Connection Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed while attempting to consume the pre-login handshake acknowledgement. This could be because the pre-login handshake failed or the server was unable to respond back in time. The duration spent while attempting to connect to this server was - [Pre-Login] initialization=17544; handshake=4920;

    Hi jfmejiav1 
    I am not familiar with this specific error.

    However, my experience with MySQL is to write the query in the advanced box and not use the import wizard.

    It will resolve many issues (maybe in the future) if not this one.
