Issues with NAMEOFF and colors (lookup)

Hello all,

I'm a complete beginner with Power BI and inherited of Report I need to modify. I wanted to add some automated colors thanks to the lookup function. However, I am blocked by a NAMEOFF (1) function I first-able don't quiet understand and can't get around to apply my color system.
(1) Serves the purpose to, change the appellation of categories when a button is triggered.
(2) My miserable attempt to get around since I didn't manage to get it in the same measure(1).
