    JDartz here is the measure, change the column and table name as per your model, use display value measure in the matrix.

     

    Sum = SUM ( YourTable[YourColumn] ) 

DIsplay Value = 
IF ( 
    ISINSCOPE ( 'YourTable'[Date] ), [Sum],
    LASTNONBLANKVALUE ( 'YourTable'[Date], [Sum] )
   
)
