I am having issues connecting to my project online data. My account is a GCC account which may be part of the problem. I've attempted through the desktop app OData feed, SharePoint, CDS connections, etc. The URLs have been all been verified except for the possiblity of the CDS environment. I cannot add the project online content pack via the desktop or browser. Is this an inherent limitation of the GCC account?
@mboldt , GCC here means Google Cloud? The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.
In between, refer if these can help

@amitchandak thanks for taking the time to respond. I haven't had a chance to thoroughly read through the links you provided but here is some more info in the meantime. GCC in this case is the Microsoft Government Community Services. I am a contractor for a state government. When attempting to add the project web app application for powerbi in Appsource, I get an error that says PowerBI is not available for my work or school, despite having a PowerBI Pro license. Attempting to connect in the desktop app using the Microsoft Project for the web Power BI Template gives me an error after entering the 'Default CDS URL'. This is likely because I cannot find the correct environment name. Again, using the desktop app and using "Get Data > Odata Feed" I can enter the PWA URL but the data that appears is nonsensical and not tied to any individual project. I'm currently working with the state's IT department to submit a ticket with Microsoft, but as a contractor this is proving difficult.
